Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Manager who can unlock the power of the Orangetheory workout for others! This means bringing new people into the studio, talking with them about their health goals, and helping them along their fitness journey. You are energetic, results-driven, goal-oriented, and persistent.

The Sales Manager will lead the Sales Associates to execute lead generation and marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the health of the studio. This individual must demonstrate exceptional skills in lead outreach, conversion and generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and staff training plans to expand our member base and achieve sales targets

Lead by example and sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals

Be engaged and lead sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales and membership goals

Manage the lead funnel: following up with prospects who have expressed interest in trying Orangetheory, booking their first class, and providing them an exceptional first-time guest experience

Manage, monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales staff

Generate and execute in marketing and outreach events and initiatives

Collaborate with the Studio Manager to help with facility issues (e.g. maintenance and cleanliness of studio), and support the recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling of Orangetheory studio staff

Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating deep knowledge of Orangetheory brand and product

Be well informed on all studio happenings: current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and all corporate initiatives/offerings.

Work with leadership to properly manage and execute performance and productivity goals

Establish a culture and climate of respect where everyone adheres to the highest standards of commitment, accountability, and teamwork; foster an environment of open communication.

Qualifications

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry

1-3 years experience leading at team preferred

Passion for fitness and promoting health

Sales driver and self-motivated to achieve goals

Proven track record of hitting goals and meeting/exceeding expectations

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (clear, concise, and respectful)

Independent thinker and collaborative team player

Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and accountability in all interactions

Strong Relationship management skills – building and management of relationships.

Definitive and efficient decision-making abilities.

Compensation

Base salary of $50-60,000 per annum, plus commissions, performance bonuses, and vacation pay.
